                       Notification of Director's Dealing


The Company has been informed that on Wednesday 6 June 2007, Mr Mike Niemela,
Chief Financial Officer of Somero Enterprises, Inc. purchased 26,000 Ordinary
Shares in the Company at a price of 155p per Ordinary Share.

Mr Niemela has an interest in 21,339 shares purchased at IPO, representing
approximately 0.06% of the Company's issued share capital in addition to the
26,000 shares purchased today which brings his total holding to 47,339 shares
representing 0.14 % of the Company's issued share capital.

Mr Niemela also holds options over 205,691 Ordinary Shares representing 0.60% of
the Company's issued share capital.
