09/4/2021 10:49 | TheTwentiesTrader8 Apr '21 - 22:33 - 2375 of 2378 0 2 0 Hi all, I have written a new article for my website on Somero, looking at the recent results, financial metrics and the macroeconomic backdrop, which looks pretty favourable in the US currently. Available here: hxxps://www.thetwent -------------------- Impressive site. Maybe think of offering some probationary free membership first, with one off free access to one of your folios? Out of interest, what is your annualised return? | brucie5
09/4/2021 09:13 | I wasn't sure if xd was yesterday or today. Was expecting a 4-5% drop in price to tell me. But as TDay says, nothing... | kiwihope

06/4/2021 12:07 | Just as a reminder, we go ex-div a rather handsome 30c dividend this week - from March results: "Declared a 12.81 US cents per share final 2020 ordinary dividend and a 18.1 US cents per share supplemental dividend, totaling a combined US$ 17.3m, payable on April 30, 2021 to shareholders on the register at April 9, 2021" | fredfishcake

06/4/2021 01:01 | Brucie, Don't also forget that the Interim dividend included the suspended Final dividend from last year which was held back as a precaution after Covid started. | gnome3
06/4/2021 00:45 | The Times today...."Warehouses are the new boom market" 'A record amount of new warehouse space is due to be built in Britain this year as developers respond to rising demand for storage from online retailers.' Hopefully the same will apply to a number of countries around the world! | eggbaconandbubble
05/4/2021 23:59 | or increased due to better business as this has been going on or years | ccraig69
05/4/2021 22:27 | No I haven't forgotten. Hence my thinking aloud. Thanks. | brucie5
05/4/2021 19:56 | Don't forget that next year the calculation for the supplemental dividend will be different - surplus cash level on which it is based is being increased, so potentially reducing the amount. | grahamburn
05/4/2021 15:53 | Re. dividend, I make the total final + supplement 30.91 cents, which is 22.24p per share, or 5.9%. But this is in addition to October's interim divi of 25c or 18p, which takes total in Financial Year 20-21 of 10.8% - the figure given on Stocko. That's a a stonker, particularly when you take into consideration the capital growth over that time. My question going forward, is it sustainable? Completion of the 3 year bowl is at 4.30. It has never been higher... Yet. | brucie5
05/4/2021 15:33 | Good to see new product launches. New product for the high rise market called sky strip. https://m.youtube.co | arregius

24/3/2021 14:11 | You are correct. Apologies gdjs100, and thanks for putting me right. Change will take place for FY ending Dec 2021For reference, from the results:The supplemental dividend declared is in accordance with the Company's supplementary dividend policy adopted on March 14, 2019, that stated the Company intends to distribute 50% of the excess of net cash over the year-end target of US$ 15.0m. The Board has reviewed the supplemental dividend policy with Management and concluded that the year-end targeted net cash figure to be used for the policy for the year-ended December 31, 2021 will be raised to US$ 20.0m. | leopoldalcox

The Board has reviewed the supplemental dividend policy with Management and concluded that the year-end targeted net cash figure to be used for the policy for the year-ended December 31, 2021 will be raised to US$ 20.0m. This change will increase the Company's flexibility to invest in long-term growth initiatives and reflects the increased size and complexity of business operations. This prospective change does not affect the 2020 supplemental dividend that will be paid in April 2021 | rcturner2
