Buy more now, or wait?? Thing is, I am not sure what game-changer I am waiting for. Planning for HH is a month, or more off and I don't think anything imminent is huge. So, wait for further decay? Maybe. Sensible posters only please as idiots are filtered.

The Board proposes to amend its Articles of Association by way of special resolution to remove reference to authorised share capital which effectively set a maximum amount of Ordinary Shares that the Company may allot.

Whoppy, that is my fear, post consolidation the market will give ritson one hefty kicking re how the share price drops out of that process and also on the next dilutive placing as I am sure that is where we will end up as ritson is incapable of doing good deals...the market (and helium) see him coming every time!

Ritson has strung investors along for too long..
He has succeeded in creating uncertainty.
Dilutions and consolidation and half baked funding.
Post consolidation, due to the nature of the company and the poor way it is run, the share price will be anyone's guess but 2-3p is likely with a downward move again towards sub 2p and probably sub 1p.
A masterclass by Ritson in how not to run what was a decent asset in Tanz.
