Not as much selfish as not having experienced dilution after dilution after dilution. I'm one of the luckier ones - I'm only down around 25% in about 6 weeks. When I got in I thought we wouldn't see a placing for years if ever again after the 'success' at Ntorya. Solo just always seems to disappoint. Oh well. I'll hang on for a while. The farmout might see the share price rise.

BTW porsce888, many holders see the timing of the Helium One investment as appalling. I'm inclined to agree. I repeat, it's not the investment itself, it's the timing. Just when we looked like we might see a substantive rise the bod invests in something completely out of left field. I kept waiting for an explanation as to why NOW? But none was forthcoming.

Personally, I just want a Helium deal to invest in and this is the only one at the moment unless Helium One IPOIf Solo only secure a 10% stake then that's a bit of a shame,,, a bigger stake regardless of dilution is what I would preferI am not sure what the in the ground price per mcf Helium is valued at But I suspect it will be over $2Solo"s shareholders should put dilution issues to one side in my viewBut I guess I am being a bit selfish Only here for the Helium

I am surprised by some of the comments about Helium,,as an investor in Linde / Praxair I know the speciality gas market pretty well. There is no more US Helium from 2020, that's 1/3 of global supply wiped out. The helium discovery by Helium One in Tanzania is well documentedby Oxford UniversityThis is a special situation investment, Solo in my view have made a fantastic decision to invest in HeliumEspecially the asset Helium One haveI think shareholders in Solo need to re-examine their negativity about the deal as they have made the wrong call to be negative on it....

Has anyone looked at Helium one ltd accounts. As far as I can see it's a £100 company worth zilch so why is Solo wanting to pay them millions for a slice of a £100 cake. Am I missing something here ? or are pi's just being fleeced. I sincerely hope I'm wrong. Has helium one even drilled a well yet ? or is this just a way to enrich somebody's buddies. I hope some of you guys down South can attend the shareholders meeting and challenge the CEO because without cast iron figures I'm afraid this is beginning to stick. 20% of nothing is still nothing.
