Barn Peter is correct I'm afraid, the last placing and cash used for Helium leaves us broke, how do we fund HH, NT3 etc etc? Placing on the horizon again, I have been here long enough to know the pattern.

No temm....that was to buy this acquisition and I think a lot of that stock was not in fact placed. Notice the lack of holding notes etc. I reckon a primary bid placing....prem and ast did the same. At least pi got the chance to buy in lower. The company is almost broke in fact. Why they wanted to invest now when the aex deal is still to be completed.....

I know it's risky, but I would take a two year view, I don't invest in exploration plays too early on as you always get burned through placing after placing....as I am sure people have on Solo,,, but I know the Helium market is set to booooooomSeriously check this out, This is not PR Spin, this is the US Government Audit Committee......

I understand Barnet, honestly I don't normally post on this forum but I can see the problem with Solo and the stock price,,, I am only looking at Helium and don't give a damn about the rest of Solo' portfolio or what they do with it.... the only way I can get into the helium market and exposure to a quality asset is this way...If Helium One list then that's a different story, but for now I have to thank Solo for helping move into a space I have been following for a while.

Meanwhile the stock is down 59% in three weeks intraday, has almost no cash left, has diluted holders substantially and will be close to 10 billion shares when this call option goes through.....thats a lot of shares.

I reckon a Primary placing this weekend or next at .35 or .4 myself.


Did really well on this on the way UP the hill from 0.26 but oh boy are punters getting kicked hard on the way back down.

Having looked at the Helium market, this deal into Helium One will dwarf any of Solo's other assets. One of the major speciality gas companies will snap that Rukwa project up if they flow Helium, which I think they have a great chance of doing. This is a high value speciality gas.... I don't think the market has picked up on this story just yet but I certainly have. Look at this report from the US Government, By 2020, There is no more helium from the US Strategic reserve...I am telling you and mark my words.... this deal will blow the socks of the market ... subject to successful drilling....By 2019... this will have been sold ... I spotted the same thing with New Britain palm oils and made Alpha....

.43 to .445 at 4pm.....that's 18 per cent down before late bargain hunters piled in. A big seller at almost any price today. Maybe a further placing or the new shares not placed at all at .54 and just dumped today.
