28/4/2020 15:58 | I think last shake before they take it up | ![]() ntbb
28/4/2020 14:35 | DozyDuck - All offset by increase in price of metals, increase in recoverability, and the Offtake agreement is called offtake for a reason. I’d rather listen to BHP who bought at 45p than to a Dozy. | phattrader1
28/4/2020 14:26 | Its got to be the number of shares when the mine is built and funded Mr Simple. 30% doesn't cut it. And if part funded by debt, the repayments will substantially reduce the NPV. In any cases at current copper price the NPV is more like $2bn. Lastly, the market never places a share on a NPV based 'value', and neither would a bidder. Suggest you do your simple sums again. | ![]() dozyduck
28/4/2020 14:15 | Thanks Goldrush...I love silver shares, but I'm massively into MAG Silver at just over $10 CDN...similar story...(and of course HOC...ridiculously undervalued cf FRES and others...making more money from Gold than silver...$3,000 gold here we come...) But keep the suggestions coming... | ![]() rougepierre
28/4/2020 14:03 | Been a bit of slow selling ..if it stops they will have to take it up imo . | ![]() mknight
28/4/2020 13:57 | I'm surprised we havnt broken through 30s I suppose afternoon trading left | ![]() ntbb
28/4/2020 13:46 | My valuation is simple: $4bn NAV for our 85% / 1.25 exchange rate Divided by number of shares Multiply by 30% =45p. At 40%, it’s 60p. Will be reached when “FUNDING SECURED”. No upside for any other prospects, no upside for price of gold, recoverability or anything else. If takeover comes, it will factor those things so I fully expect 75-125p. | phattrader1
28/4/2020 13:17 | rougepierre I agree that I would leave GDP alone....Have a look at PXC.... safest jurisdiction for mIning in the World in Idaho. Their emphasis is getting a silver mine into operation next year....expansion drilling programme now commenced with great expectations....IMHO | ![]() goldrush

28/4/2020 13:14 | So lets say we get the unconditional loan for building the mine . Where do we rerate to ? between 48 to 60 was mentioned by phattrader1. Who seems to think an offer may be made before it is signed off. I do not think that will happen . If no news before the weekend i might change my opinion on that . Eitherway we are not going to be at 28p . | ![]() mknight
28/4/2020 13:12 | I emailed Ingo Hofmaier to try and get hold of the financial model for Alpala so I could run my own sensitivities. I didn’t get the model but I received a very detailed response along with 3 broker notes attached. Got to say he seems on the ball. Wasn’t expecting a response at all! | phattrader1
28/4/2020 11:56 | JAY looks far less risky than GDP...ARCM doing nicely since my 1.425p buy...more to come...ATYM left way behind? | ![]() rougepierre
28/4/2020 11:31 | Have to remember some been holding since 46p. Don't worry folks you will get your money back and more. | ![]() mam fach
28/4/2020 11:18 | Well the 23.5p price point didn't turn out to be the barrier that some predicted. | ![]() lefrene
28/4/2020 10:53 | GDP had a good update today. They're more about recovering gold from tailings than drilling themselves although there is an element of that. Don't really see any risk or downside to them. | ![]() lowtrawler
28/4/2020 10:51 | Lowtrawler I wish you well .not sure about Gdp had a look the other day and to be honest it frightens me .That is not to say it wont double in a short space of time . I think they have some drilling results out soon . | ![]() mknight
28/4/2020 10:41 | The DGR rights issue is 45.6% underwritten by a Company that NM owns...the rest by two OZ Fund Managers... I shall see what happens to the share price ..if it falls under the issue price I'll buy my entitlement in the market, otherwise I'll take it up...who wouldn't? MCap $45AUD million; value of SOLG holding $112 million...the rest of their portfolio in for free.... AIMHO as usual... | ![]() rougepierre
28/4/2020 10:30 | Thanks mk. As you say, it's still continuing at pace. Has to be a good sign. We may even reach 30p today! As I'm now comfortable with my holding in SOLG, I'll step back from regularly posting. Have started to take an interest in other smaller metal plays: GDP and SHG. | ![]() lowtrawler
28/4/2020 10:29 | rouge If it's tied up in unlocking the financing for SOLG ,in whatever form, then he probably is....he came across as very assured on the Webinar last week....his track record looks an inspiring executive appointment....then combined with the deal making that NM has done over the years then he must know who can deliver for him....over to you Mr Hoffmaier......IMHO ....and as I mentioned yesterday if he can pull off a great financing deal , who will begrudge him making £3 or £4 million.... | ![]() goldrush
28/4/2020 10:25 | Anyone brave enough to buy now. Did say last week last chance @ these prices. Still not too late. Be out at your peril. Back to the good old days. | ![]() mam fach
28/4/2020 10:14 | I wonder if Hofmaier is helping NM with DGR funding....? | ![]() rougepierre
28/4/2020 10:08 | pparekh20 See my post No 21382 yesterday for my explanation of what I think is going on. Hoffmaier is incentivised to get the deal done.....He was brought into the Co to specifically raise the financing.....IMHO | ![]() goldrush
28/4/2020 09:36 | The share price will continue to go up quckly . They are wanted ,probably by those who know more than us .. Of course if sellers come out in force then it will be slower but at 28p i dont think that will happen . Over 100k was put on the bid at 28.75 and nobody touched it says it all really . Lots of flashing lights on L2 but still nothing to buy Less than 100k sees us back to 30p | ![]() mknight
28/4/2020 09:07 | First post guys and a new investor (its been a month). I am just trying to get my head around why the management granted options at 25p. I tried to research this online but didn't really understand. Please could someone explain? Also, any thoughts as to how high Solgold could go? On stockopedia the target price happens to be £1.81. Cheers Pazzy | ![]() pparekh20
28/4/2020 09:02 | Today we may close at 27p. People may panic and sell but a re-rating happens slowly. When they sell, tomorrow it opens up at 30p and they’re stuffed. News Thursday or Friday for me. If takeover bid arrives, it will be before any financing is signed for the $2.85bn or the bidders starting price goes up 30p. Now is the time to hold or top up. | phattrader1 |
