At the very moment we need to look up past RNS's to see what Fletcher has paid for his shareholding, Investegate decides to make its site look prettier and in the process (as always when tech nerds who don't bother to know what site users want start to tinker with it) has lost that facility. Fletcher will be looking to get back what he's lost on his shares - maybe by hook or by crook. We need to monitor how he's going to do it.

Scott Fletcher has a reputation to protect (DBA, MBE for services, etc etc) He wouldn't (would he ?)want to be tarred with shafting Solgenic's very long-standing and loyal mostly private investors. Especially when recent RNS's seemed to be saying the co was, at last, about to reap rewards. Unless something is done (a valid trading and news platform) to help those trapped when it delists, then he would become mired. Maybe even lose his MBE

Not a lot to say now that SGN is planning to delist. I'm holding on to my shares despite (or because of) todays knee-jekl sales of over 10% of the shares (about 25% of those in pi's hands - subject to time to calculate)
Look back on the NCCL board for background. Will post more when have had time to digest.
