No clue but welcome The bar is pretty low for SOHO after HOME - just have to show they aren't actually fraudulent

Nice to see a good day at SOHO. Anyone know why, there's no RNS that I can see?

PRS reported strong results and 99% rent collection. Not directly related but may explain the rise here. The Chief Investment Officer has spent £500k+ on shares in the last year or so which gives some comfort.

Either the Blackrock fund manager is out of the office for a couple of days or possibly he has been given a reason to back off.

Respectable UT at 52p. If it wasn't for the fact we've been here umpteen times before-and been disappointed-I'd tentatively have hoped we'd turned the corner. Thankfully I know better :-)

Likewise the 66p bid of 8 weeks ago was unexpected. You would have though war had broken out.

At one point I hadn't expected to think that 50p on the bid would be a red letter day!

Today's price action - weakness in the face of market strength - adds weight to the theory of a continuing and needy seller. In the face of the UT, let's see if the seller is over. This thing was 66 when I last sold some (bought many since) - and it seems just a few weeks ago, if that.

Clutching at straws, I know...but...the closing UT was at a decent price relative to the rest of the day's performance. See me, see rose tinted spectacles ;-)

A sustained fall over several weeks is seldom down to a single seller. The whole REITsector is in the toilet. Although the fals Luke overdone, I'm not sure what the catalyst will be for future rises anytime soon. I am just Buying 5-10% dips and collecting huge dividends.

There is a large institutional seller and the shares aren't going anywhere until he is out IMO.

I don't see a reason for the recent share price reversal. House prices are obviously falling but interest rate environment is stabilising and inflation hopefully getting more under control. Massive discount here to NAV already. Why the share price drop? Further fallout from the HOME debacle?

Yes, arrived this morning. Very unusual for iDealing not to pay out on the day but I bough them the day before XD, so that MAY have complicated things, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt as they are usually very good

If that represents the worst part of the portfolio, and it might well do, it is an OK outcome if compared with the suspended market price.

Compared with the pretty stable NAVs of both CSH and SOHO, it asks some pretty uncomfortable questions.

A stinking RNS this morning from HOME. "The proceeds from the Sale Properties represented an average of 32% per cent of their purchase price."Serious fraud office should be looking at it. SOHO still suffering from the fallout from HOME.

I think a problem will surface in the not to distant .
I think should that happen ?.. then 30 p in quick order .
