The interest percentage rate applied to the above mentioned deposit is 6.95% per year.

We mention that, as of July 4, 2022, S.N.G.N ROMGAZ S.A has deposits at BANCA ROMANEASCA S.A. amounting to RON 445,000,000.00 (Annex No. 1) with a cumulative value over 12 months exceeding the materiality threshold of 5% of the net asset value, and 10% of the net turnover related to 2021 financial year.
