S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. informs its shareholders and investors that, f ollowing the election of S.N.G.N. Romgaz S.A. Board of Directors interim members by Decision of the General Shareholders Meeting no. 2/ February 28, 2022, the Board of Directors, adjourned in the meeting on March 14, 2022, decided to elect Mr. Dan Dragos Dragan as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

In the same meeting, it was approved the membership of the Advisory Committees of the Board of Directors, as follows:
