Ran SBTX through breakeven , profitability and ROI analysis. Awful. Tried many permutations including ridiculously increasing revenues, and dropping costs 20% on the average year (1-offs accounted for).. and increasing expected margin per unit rel to the £1 , net Every scenario dictates that SBTX is destined to join the circa 80% of over 3000 companies delisted from AIM since index inception. And no. I do not mean delist due to a takeover by Croda haha I don't know what calculators you are all forecasting with. But i reckon there is a touch of 'inputs being given' rather than 'inputs from financials'

I'm investing in: 1. Their patents 2. Their credibility/university link 3. Their relationship with at least one major global partner 4. Their multiple potential revenue sectors 5. Potential applications/markets they haven't yet mentioned 5. Their new manufacturing capability 6. Their provenance 7. The industry/legislative shift towards bio solutions 8. The big upcoming marketing event in April 9. Satisfactory results just published 10. Takeover target potential

Good reply to my Croda takeover question though

Due to the mistakes made previously we are not really in a strong position regarding any potential Croda takeover are we And on that note I still want answers as to why a statement of no funding required and then hours later a cheap placing had been arranged

Apologies for being thick but I have found the recent posts on this board confusing. I am also aware I am repeating myself. Some have suggested a possible takeover of sbtx. If Croda were to purchase a pillar they would likely offer shares rather than cash and perhaps an earn out agreement. I don't see them buying the whole company . Therefore if a pillar was bought the proceeds would go to the company and it would be for the bod to decide what to do with the proceeds.They may decide to give the shareholders a special dividend or go on an acquisition strategy. lets focus on the announcement that we are going into production

Anderson I do not see any prospect of a takeover . The sale of a pillar is a possibility .

I have spent this month's "investment allowance" on Chapel Down rather than Skins. 1) I can drink the product and forget about my investment here 2) It's a potential takeover target
