All the anticipation is centred in Opti what with Seeetbiotix development potential in 2018. I'm gung ho here (SKIN) I have to say; buying into a share at close to ipo - in an enterprise that conceivably holds answers to acne and mrsa, penetrating to the core of condition, a workdwide whirlwind success if delivered.

I think we are potentially due an update before the financial results in October! From what I gather work is ongoing at the moment with a third party to produce the base lysate material on a large scale and ensure the produced material is within the required range of toxicology! If this is successful it can then move to human testing next year! This is when I'd expect to see the real share price appreciation.

Quite a variation in expectation here eh?
One aspires to 0.63 skin shares for every OPTI share held, (one should be so lucky!);another (my guesstimate) envisages 0.25 for every Opti share; and the doomsday merchant anticipates 1 for 10! My middle-of-the-road compensation gains momentum by the second - regardless as to how happy might be with 0.63 distribution.

Interesting to look at how the SBTX distribution will pan out. Asterix, I think your calculation is a bit generous albeit based on logic.

My Calculation:-

Number of SBTX Shares held by OPTI is 49,794,190.
Number of OPTI shares in Issue is 78,540,000.
Therefore each OPTI Share should be 49,794,190 / 78,540,000 = 0.6339978
Multiply your number of OPTI Shares by 0.634 and that should give a close figure!
In my case 86,000 OPTI shares should be worth 54,524 SBTX Shares.

I may be wrong so any other ideas welcomed!

More mere conjecture Raftboy!; 1 SBTX for every 4 Opti. Not showing full hand, obviously; conceivably I hold as yet 349,000 Skin and 4 Opti! I'll buy all regular OPti and Skin BB contributors (with one or two exceptions) a beer when my aspirational £3 share price is reached.

We don't yet know how the SBTX share divest will work out. So if I hold 50,000 OPTI I have no idea how many SBTX shares I will get at the moment. How did you work it out owenmo?

I'm anticipating that freebies in my 3 different accounts here will bring aggregate holding to 350,000. I then anticipate £3 share price in not-too-distant future - beyond which, of course, it's mere conjecture :)
