With regard to gohilster's comment I find it hard, leaving aside a collapse in the market that would affect all shares, to envisage that this could fall by very much.

The forecast dividend of 7.43p for 2015 would give a 4% yield at 185p. This appears to be a dynamic business which should support a yield of above 4% and it is not surprising that there are forecasts of 230p plus.

Looks to me as a standard clearing of the decks over the past few and probably next few days. IMO with results just reported this will be trading above 230 April 2015 we will wait and see

Sadly sold out today for a small loss. share price has struggled in recent months and the results did nothing to ignite any life into it. Worrying it broke down 200p support and is now under both the 200 and 50 DMA. Think it could fall a lot further and if it does will happily buy back in cheaper as overall still feel it is a strong company. Good luck holders. Best wishes.

Small point re 1118 - it's now T+2 settlement as standard (not T+1), but that does indeed translate into Thursdays now becoming the default ex-dividend date, with Friday remaining the record date.

Echo the last three comments. Acquisitions during the year easily affordable, 2015 earnings look like being boosted by the economic upturn this year. Not expensive now...

Splendid set of numbers. Positive outlook. Happy to hold for another year. Market response somewhat muted so far, but once the market picks up, so will SIV. No worries!

Amaze in Manchester has created a “digital first” for Lexus Europe, by linking computer-generated imagery (CGI) and virtual reality headset, Oculus Rift.
It’s the centre point to the car manufacturer’s Striking Angles campaign and customers can virtually configure and then drive the new Lexus NX.
“The virtual experiences we have created are at the very forefront of technology and design innovation. As well as positioning Lexus as a dynamic digital innovator, OR [Oculus Rift] has allowed us to tell the story of the NX to consumers within a highly stylised, unique world, which we believe represents a stunning consumer experience, thus driving interest in, and desire for, the new NX,” explained Rick Curtis, chief strategy officer, Amaze.
The virtual world is a multi-dimensional urban landscape, which took 6 months to build.
“The ground-breaking new technology, which provides consumers with an immersive virtual experience, very much mirrors the tone and stylisations of the Lexus Striking Angles campaign,” said Alain Uyttenhoven, head of Lexus Europe.
“It is an integral part of the launch – offering consumers a unique and personal way to experience the NX – building anticipation and creating a buzz.

Potentially irrelevant but final results for 2013 were published on 1 October last year.

Where did you get 7th October date from? Financial calendar on SIV's website only mentions "early October" for FINAL results (ie NOT interims).

Redips, they were obviously listening to you re: Buy-Back timing!More seriously this pull-back is not what I was expecting. The 11th August statement signified that all was on course, prior to 7th October Interims. The fundamental case, meeting expectations and management approach look pretty sound to me; am I missing something? I am a little wary of acquisition-lead growth, especially in people-centric businesses, which is my reading of the Marketing Services sector. I was just wondering if there are some uncertainties which are unsettling the market, but that is pure speculation.
