SIMIGON WINS USAF F-15E MIXED REALITY CONTRACT

SimiGon will provide SIMbox-based F-15E Mixed Reality training devices for United States Air Force Air Combat Command

SimiGon, Ltd. (LSE: SIM), a global leader in modelling, simulation & training solutions, is pleased to announce that its independently operated US subsidiary, SimiGon Inc., has been awarded a United States Air Force ("USAF") contract to provide SIMbox-based F-15E Mixed Reality ("MR") training devices for USAF Air Combat Command (ACC) (the "Contract").

The Contract represents further growth in the Company's MR business portfolio and compliments the strategic path to provide advanced Virtual, Mixed and Augmented training technologies to the USAF and wider Government and Civilian markets. The Contract demonstrates SimiGon's market penetration into a new, larger customer base, the ACC, the primary supplier of US air combat forces.

SimiGon's next-level training technologies offers "true-MR", blending physical and virtual worlds to allow pilots and weapons officers to see their hands interact with physical equipment within the virtual world. Other simulation technologies incorporated into the program include user monitoring and tracking; data analytics and reporting tools; Distributed Mission Training (DMT); and After Action Review.

Using SimiGon's existing database and rapid simulation development tools, the system will be delivered incrementally over the next six months. The expected revenue contribution has already been factored into management's expectations for the year ended 31 December 2019.

SimiGon President & CEO, Ami Vizer, commented: "This win is very gratifying as it demonstrates that the USAF and that the ACC in particular, understand our advanced technologies and combat training solutions. This is an exciting time for the Company as VR and MR solutions become a greater part of our portfolio. Our R&D team continues to make great strides to delivery true, next-level MR solutions. We look forward to our partnership with the F-15E community and the ACC."
