the north

LRL looks a good candidate for a 10-20 bagger, if successful...

£30m cash
£40m mcap

exploring for shale gas in china which is booming...
partner is petrochina!
aggressive drilling in 2013...fully funded with extra cash to spend on new assets...
CEO has stake of c $1.5m bought and paid with his own cash at open market!
director incentives based only on yearly performance...no options granted to directors...
CEO bullish and targeting, after 2013 exploration programme, to reach £1.1b NPV (10) for the asset....
they have maybe the best technical team in the ground in china at the moment...
drilled two wells until now, both struck gas...they await flow test results...if the 2 wells show commercial flow rates then company is on its way for asset appreciation big time!!!
first result news to come anyday now as per CEO...he is giving 5 presentations around UK this month!!

thenorth i wouldnt touch xel.. a farm in will send it crashing like rkh did from 360 - 160.. not as a long term hold its worth it.. but short term i'd let the dust settle regarding farm in.

The North do some research on LRL chap and also worth reading Zengas's posts there. Zengas has a top end price of £7 a share if all goes well at LRL. Current S/p 17p.

The CEO also bought 1.8m shares a few months ago (£280k).

The company has 12p in cash circa $40m so no need for any dilution on cash calls.

LRL Risk/reward the best i have seen in quite a while and nice to have investors like Captainnelsonforties and Zengas on board.

Sorry o/t sold here to buy there also

Someone with a lot of shares is and has been selling for a few weeks. Wonder if it is this Mr Redmayne 19%?

What a disgrace this has been.

What an absolute disaster , this morning's RNS wasn't planed , it looks like a hurried response to SMTM's revelation last night.
I'm surprised that there were only 4 trades this morning before the RNS came out at 08:51 .

EDIT.
SMTM , I assume the document was passed on to you by one of those named.

Can't believe long term holders aren't taking the chance to get out after this RNS. How much more does it need to be spelt out. It's human nature to clutch at straws when you are losing 50-75% of your investment but surely recovering some of it is better than nothing? A suspension could take place at any time, and then it's too late.

Redmayne Nominees Limited have a client who already owned 16% od the business in Jan and who subscibe for about 1m shares ( 3%) in the last subscription taking the holding to 19%

Coincidence or is the Redmayne Nominees Limited client the guy in default?

its the 500k to be paid in 2 months thats the main worry. sure they might find someone to buy in or an extension but its gonna cost, the company is almost at more debt than the mcap with dodgy prospects, the rns the other day didint look that great to me on production, quite poor infact.

best bet here is for someone to buy the well in a bancruptcy which will hopefully pay debts and leave something for shareholders. i doubt it though, the good ship SLME is going down
