Any ideas why this has gone down so much, after all the properties are in the old UK. My other shares are holding up OK so just wondered about this one??

No answers then so I guess it's a bit of a conundrum.

Agreed, could do with more meat on the numbers. Who gets what from this deal?
Who's paying what?
Likely ongoing income?
Maintenance costs, who pays for what and likely costs over the years?

Potentially good news but I don't get it - obviously good to extend the relationship to 5,000 but it has Keepmoat procuring the land and 'taking the lead on design, planning and building'. I thought that this was Sigma's expertise? Will this reduce the development management fees which are typically 2% of development cost? It says 'construction will start summer 2016' but how? The finance isn't in place yet (edit - unless this is using the existing Gatehouse money for further phases??).

Does this also mean Sigma lose control of the finished product? One of the benefits of Sigma taking the lead on design was to maximise rents and build in a way to minimise the maintenance cost which helps when they are then running the portfolio?

Excellent. Onwards and upwards, hopefully, as the market absorbs the news.

Aggressive selling...rather surprising.Must be forced seller imhoHolding off but after those results will add in low 80's if we see I.Disappointing performance short term but long term fundamentals look excellent imho.

I would be buying if I didnt already have a decent amount. They are a bit illiquid so have to be a bit careful. However the fundamentals here are so attractive that I would add regardless if the price falls further

Read the results again and still cant see anything there to explain somewhat subdued reaction from the market. However, they are talking big numbers when it comes to delivery of homes and future expectations of the PRS market, but the revenues and profits they are getting appear at this stage, to be out of sync with the size of the market they are addressing.Do they have any profit sharing agreements with their partners? Do they get the share of the rent flow either now or in the future?Or do their revenues and profits come entirely from management and consultancy services? Hard to see their business model from the results.

I plan to get answers to the above from the company but if anyone else has better understanding than me,then please do enlighten me!
