19/6/2020 09:39 | Can’t get the directors purchases to reconcile to their subscription of 2098095? It also appears that Steve Francis is being paid £375,000 to invest only £150,000! Anyone clarify? | neg

19/6/2020 09:14 | From SIG's RNS: - 200,012,655 New Ordinary Shares will be issued in the Firm Placing at the Issue Price to raise gross proceeds of c.£60 million and 147,889,245 New Ordinary Shares will be issued in the Placing and Open Offer at the Issue Price to raise gross proceeds of c.£44 million at the Issue Price. · Shareholders are being given the opportunity to subscribe for New Ordinary Shares in the Open Offer pro rata to their existing shareholdings at the Issue Price on the basis of: 1 New Ordinary Share for every 4 Existing Ordinary Shares - The Issue Price represents a discount of 10.6 % to the closing price of 33.5 pence per Ordinary Share on 18 June 2020 (being the last Business Day before the publication of this announcement). So forgive the naive question are they releasing new shares onto the market or consolidating 1 for 4? If the former, wont flooding new shares lower the value of existing shares? Also, if its not a 1 for 4 consolidation, are they saying that existing shareholders can purchase the new shares at 10% discount from 33p? (Up to 1 for every existing 4?). I'm not always great at unpicking these types of announcements so appreciate someone helping to explain. Thanks, Neo. | neophytos

19/6/2020 05:29 | Napoleon. You don't think the coronviris affects this share price? Really? I guarantee another big breakout would halve this share price, similarly, good news re the virus would double the share price. Don't be so naive Napoleon. | hamhamham1

18/6/2020 11:53 | 10day MA at 35.19 today. 20day MA at 31.37. Low volumes today but the MA's are rising so should push on up but will need some momentum to get through 38.66 | daburd
17/6/2020 15:13 | SHI still text book stuff on the chart. Mainly supported by the 10dayMA (now at 34.98) but also the 20day MA (now at 30.97). Minor resistance at 38.66 which it will probably try and get over in the next few days as the MA's rise. Thereafter 47.56 major resistance. I'm hoping we get news of the raise soon which will no doubt help give it a leg up. | daburd

16/6/2020 19:40 | This existing drug (ie no testing required really) has a great affect on those on oxygen. These are the people at high risk, and if they can be fixed, this will reduce the terminal effect of the virus on the population. If you could treat people and greatly reduce deaths, it becomes more like a regular flu. This may be very big news. | hamhamham1
