Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting and Intention to Cancel Admission of Shares

Sherborne Investors (Guernsey) B Limited (the "Company") announces that its Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday 15 October 2021 at the registered office of the Company at 1 Royal Plaza, Royal Avenue, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 2HL.

In connection with this meeting, copies of the Notice of the EGM ("Notice") are being distributed to shareholders.

The Notice is available to view on, and download from, the Company's website at www.sherborneinvestorsguernseyb.com and has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism .

As set out in the Notice dated 1 October 2021, it is expected that trading of the Company's shares on the London Stock Exchange's Specialist Fund Segment (the "SFS") of the Main Market will be suspended at 7:30 a.m. on Friday 15 October 2021.

At the EGM resolutions will be proposed to cancel the admission to trading of the Company's shares, appoint liquidators, and place the Company into voluntary liquidation.

Should the resolutions be passed at the EGM, it is then expected that the cancellation of admission to trading of the Company's shares on the SFS will be effective from 15 November 2021, being the date that is 20 business days after the date of the EGM, as required under the London Stock Exchange's Admission and Disclosure Standards.
