Loan Conversion Update

As announced by Shefa Gems (LSE: SEFA), a company focused on advanced exploration and development of multi-gemstone projects in Northern Israel, on 9 July 2019, the Company will be seeking Admission for 5,061,055 new ordinary shares following a conversion of loans. These shares will now be admitted on 17 July 2019 rather than 15 July 2019 as previously stated.
