A trouble shared is a trouble halved - not halved but doubled especially here I say.

Many thanks snoop - thats always good.

I have reason to believe that it may be late May before everything is sorted.

And thats from a trusted source.

Thanks for the update Snoop. Certainly when I spoke to Alwyn he was quite convinced it would be end March, perhaps first week in April.

Spoke to Alwyn today (co secretary for those new to the board). Nothing much new to add except the state of play is they are waiting the nod from Grant Thornton now the legal obstacles have been cleared. It would have been sooner but Alwyn has been back to New Zealand for a month on holiday so things were stalled. He is very upbeat re the timescale - his exact words were 'very shortly'. I know we have been here before, but i just thought i would impart the latest to you all.

dave

Does this mean a consolidation as normally this isn't a good sign. Didn't the company give you any indication about this when you spoke to them?

Personally I can't wait for these to come back, if only to ramp it down the throats of those non believers.

Chaps,

I do believe that there will be a 'capital reorganisation' but I do not have any details. This will be to value the company at something approaching the assets acquired I guess and to pay SHG (in shares). This will all be in the detail when it arrives, so I am told. Don't know if Nobby has anything further to add?
Cheers
