16/3/2024 07:05 | Seems there was a Merryn S-W tip on SSIT in yesterday's MoneyWeek, fwiw. | spectoacc
15/3/2024 13:44 | Anything possible, but early 80's next resistance. Would probably need some more portfolio co news/listings/takeov I'll likely slim down on the way up. Has more than doubled from the low now. | spectoacc
15/3/2024 13:39 | new 18 month high today and climbing. | quepassa
15/3/2024 11:50 | Just needs a close up here to confirm latest breakout. | spectoacc
14/3/2024 21:13 | Yes, no nasty surprises and lots to like. Today's results presentation/call: | rambutan2
13/3/2024 17:55 | Re 368. Very upbeat conference call today. Adds confidence. all imo. dyor. qp | quepassa
13/3/2024 14:36 | A couple of decent trades - 189k at 57.2p, 150k at 57.5p - have helped it move up. You'd think all the weak hands exited on the fall on the teenager's sell note. Fingers crossed. | spectoacc
13/3/2024 14:14 | Agreed Spec, Q3 2022 set this line as a level of resistance and it has only been tested again recently. GLA | wsm812
13/3/2024 13:45 | Just over 60p will be the test, if we can get there this week. | spectoacc
13/3/2024 08:20 | That all important NAV increase, albeit it's mostly from a single winner. But some catalysts ahead now, and market got over the teenager's d/g. | spectoacc
08/3/2024 16:06 | Edison Group - Released today. Seraphim Space - Equity proposition. Three minute video to be found at Edison or YouTube | quepassa
07/3/2024 14:54 | Interim results - 13th. March Investor webinar presentation by SSIT same day 11am. Zoom | quepassa
01/3/2024 04:56 | Will be a very big winner for SSIT if it delivers on Mr Finney's expectations: 28/02/04: Hear John Finney, CEO of ALL.SPACE, explain the details and drivers advancing terminal technology for true high performance multi-orbit connectivity on the move. | rambutan2
27/2/2024 10:57 | It's tricky to be an analyst in the IT space at present I think (ie maybe even more than other sectors and even more than usual for the IT space given discounts). I don't know how many he gets to choose between but there is an embarrassment of opportunities. At the start of the year, SSIT was at or very near the top of almost any list of opportunities. At 60p ish it will have slipped down the list, and several of the established PE ITs would be more attractive. Some places put pressure on analysts not to have too many buys (again I don't know his full rec list or Stifel's policy). When I was an analyst I wanted short and long term recommendations (as a couple of our competitors had), or a return to 'Add' vs 'Buy' recommendations. This would have provided more flexibility. You can be flailed by the salesforce if you have a buy on a stock that falls 20-30%. The previous doubling won't matter if the salesperson put a client into the stock at 58p. And remember he didn't put it on 'sell'. Then is he allowed to be nimble enough (depends on internal processes) to quickly upgrade again at 47p? | apple53

26/2/2024 13:33 | SSIT share price operates in a vacuum I guess (no space pun intended), so even a teenage scribbler can move it. Can't say Mr Crighton's musings have altered my view. Eventually NAV will start to climb IMO, the value in SSIT will become apparent, and discounts to historic NAV may cease. Then we'll see how Crighton's 40% discount looks. I bet Stifel only put him on SSIT because his surname sounds like Kryten from Red Dwarf. | spectoacc
25/2/2024 12:45 | I looked up Mr William Crighton from Stifel. He is a junior associate with no more than 3 years of experience post Uni - no relevant industry experience - as green as they get - why does the market listen to the garbage these guys produce? | dickiehh
24/2/2024 19:07 | Ah-ha - Citywire say it was a Stifel d/g to Neutral. W*nkers. "Shares in the £226m portfolio of promising early-stage space commercialisation companies dropped 20%, or 12p, to 47p after analyst William Crighton said the doubling in its share price and the narrowing in the discount from an extreme 70% in September to 40% at the start of this week had gone far enough." | spectoacc
23/2/2024 15:56 | Still no idea what trashed it, but well done those who sold out higher. Albeit I still expect it to take out those highs. | spectoacc
21/2/2024 09:40 | How long have you been invested in SSIT? It is not unheard of! | wsm812
20/2/2024 16:04 | Hmm... I suspect something a bit more than just volatility has caused a 11 percent decline on large volume on one day | dickiehh
20/2/2024 13:24 | I'm guessing it will be a little volatile until the results are known on 13th March. Strap yourself in. | wsm812
20/2/2024 10:20 | What's going on here today? Don't see any news | dickiehh
20/2/2024 04:51 | One of ours popped up on the news the other day: Seems to be growing at a fairly rapid pace - Series A raise was $25m in 2022 and Series B was $36m only a year later. SSIT invested in both. Good to have a foot in the Indian space boom. | rambutan2 |
