So much for the coiled spring. A very muted response to the publishing of results.

Next news imminent.

"The Company also advises that it will publish its interim financial results for the six month period ended 30 June 2021 prior to the end of September 2021."

The fd should resign or be sacked. He has been responsible for many of the RNS's and to present misleading information to the BOD, the CEO and shareholders, is frankly unacceptable. It would even help if steps are being taken to recover any of the stolen money.

Yes I agree. I'd like to see them buy some shares now the audit is out. Hopefully future positive updates will move the share unlike before with the audit still missing.

Does seem to have issues. Don't see the wages as high myself. MH's salary is only £172K UKP's. There are more than a few aim co's make him look impoverished.

Not bad money for being sat at home riding the wife while share holders pay for it…..

Brazil has been one of the very worst countries for apparent covid deaths and all you're concerned about is the UK's travel advisory service?
Not surprised the didn't want to go myself reading the newsflow for the country but each to their own pov.

OK, so from Covid shutting the mine down, to suspension, you are just whinging about your old buddies running the business from the UK. You saddo, run out of anything of note - Audit out, great H1 2021 and Coringa getting built. You moron - swallow your pride and buy some, so you can cover your loses in 2013 - LOSER

Of corse they were able to get to Brazil, they simply couldn’t be bothered because they are getting full pay to sit at home. The UK didn’t advise against travel to Brazil until 27th August 2021.

Can't blame them for not being able to get to brazil this year or last really. Quite likely they would have been stuck but still good to vote out the cfo at next agm.
Decent results apart from the now historical thefts and Coringa on the way.

GP- I totally agree. This has been a wake up call. At least internal controls will be tightened going forward. Disappointing as the last period has been, it is time to move forward. H1 results for 2021 should be fine and we have the exploration and Coringa development to look forward.

All the finger dipping has been expensed and duly reported year on year, but what a shoddy control system for it to have persisted for so many years.

And would have been better had it not been for personnel dipping their fingers into the till.

The mine stayed open during the pandemic and increased profit 83% plus two acquisitions. The debacle was since 2015. Great year.
