30/3/2021 09:58 | There should be lots of excitement in 2021 for Serabi. Which one first ? * 2020 full year results should read with great financials in complex times * Equinox fully paid * Coringa operating licence * Exceptional drill results (likely to be plenty of announcements) * Rising production profile at Palito and ore sorter having material impact | golden prospect
30/3/2021 08:54 | The last seven years have all been within the last three days of March - except last year which was on 9th April. Based on that info my best guess would be..... tomorrow!.TBH I was content with last year's cash generation - in 2020 there are likely one-off noise factors that could cloud the PnL. As I said in #2282 it's the outlook that excites me here IMHO. | tightfist
30/3/2021 08:29 | TF - do you now expect the full year 3-5 weeks from the update yesterday? It's not a big deal anyway as Q1-3 are known. What's the estimate for full year profit? | borisjohnsonshair
29/3/2021 21:23 | IMHO when EVERYTHING for 2020 is taken into account I think Serabi have weathered the storm pretty well. Today they have painted a decent vision and framework for the way forward. I agree with earlier sentiment that it is probably best to pretend 2020 did not really happen. Given that the current share price is pretty much the same as 12 months ago why don’t we all reset the baseline TODAY and as investors make our judgements and comments on here based on the company’s future performance. | millwallfan
29/3/2021 16:08 | Wrong thread again | tightfist
29/3/2021 15:49 | Not really. Not my money really my grandkids inheritance. I'm playing to raise something substantial. Mad money that doesn't affect me. Regretting debuting in when I did but if I hadn't I would now. Still always waiting to see them get Coringa underway. It'll happen. | borisjohnsonshair
29/3/2021 15:10 | 40p ... Boris will have had kittens by then ! ;-) | kennyp52

29/3/2021 11:04 | Apologies in advance for any confirmation bias, but it is a great moment in Serabi history to afford a $5m exploration programme, to benefit from a producing asset, to have acquired Coringa where C$65m was historically spent, to have a plant ready 2nd asset site and to be debt free. Plenty of options ahead before we are taken out. | golden prospect
29/3/2021 10:59 | Hi Tightfist, I am still confident that 2020 will substantially better than 2019 and given where pog and the real is now compared with last year, imo qtr1 will be ahead of last year as well. | cotton4
29/3/2021 10:50 | Serabi kept the mine running in 2020 and made money, paying down Sprott, paying down Equinox re Coringa. Plus attracted new investors @ 75p for $17.5m | golden prospect
29/3/2021 10:45 | Cotton, looking back they routinely make some scope of resources announcement 3-5 weeks prior to FY results announcement in the last days of March or first ten days of April..(Notwithstand | tightfist
29/3/2021 10:45 | Are you aware of some macro issues over the same period? Particularly bad in Brazil? | borisjohnsonshair
29/3/2021 10:41 | Yep they have done brilliantly! | tiger60
29/3/2021 10:41 | Looks like low volume end of tax year shenanigans. Serabi have done a great job keeping the show on the road. | golden prospect
29/3/2021 10:32 | What a shambles. Same price as 2 years ago now. What metrics are the the directors performance measured against? Let's see if there is an end of day UT trade to falsely pull this up at close. Hope not as that signifies further to fall. | tiger60
29/3/2021 10:11 | Remember the fantastic ore sorter that was going to fix all the problems 2 years ago? Overpaid MH has been singing the same 100koz tune since 2007. Woof woof 🐕 | trader536
29/3/2021 09:53 | No need to cut & paste the news, analyse it. It's not the great news we expect, that's still coming. This is a formality about the existing resource, which provides confirmation of a an increase base for continuous production. | borisjohnsonshair
29/3/2021 09:49 | Boris ... Following the successful equity raise of US$17.5 million announced on 2 March 2021, we are fully funded to complete our 2021 exploration programme which will include 32,000 meters of diamond drilling over the course of the year. Much of this drilling will be focused on extensions to the Palito and Sao Chico orebodies which remain open along strike, laterally and at depth. This exploration programme will be the largest in the Company's history and we are confident that it will deliver resource growth. In addition, we are working hard to catch up the mine development that was put on hold during the COVID-19 pandemic. This development not only opens up new areas of the mines but is an integral part of the conversion of resource blocks into reserve ounces. The indication is exploration only ... not a full financed mine producing . So call me sceptical if you like but investors will need more than this ... thus why the share price has not budged on this RNS imo. | kennyp52 |
