WTF!

Terrible management to get into this position. When most other goldies are highly profitable. They walked the price down. Then issued at mates rates.

Who is on the board? No wonder MH is still in position.

Very little credibility left.

Warrants will ensure this gets away without too many problems. Disgraceful that the PB allocation isn't on the same terms (ie, inclusive of warrants) as the main raise. Tells you all you need to know about how they view Joe Retail.

Why 40p? I hope so. If that's likely why have they managed to raise money at 75p? Warrants effectively at 99.75p

I can't wait to hear what Boris's good mate "Mike" has to say in his next youtube video from his plush farmhouse in the UK? Where is the mine? When was this scammer last there?? Did he not buy himself a luxury home in Brazil??? What's happened to that????

🤣😂🤑😊

tightfist - I share your same sentiments on the PP. However, there is a silver lining with respect to measuring "wealth in the ground".

1) Greenstone has indicated its intention to subscribe in the Placing for a minimum of 2,417,055 Ordinary Shares and may subscribe for further Ordinary Shares" ... "prior to the announcement of the Placing was 25.2% of the issued share capital" ...intends to subscribe for Warrants in the Warrant Placing. It should be noted there is a subscription price and 25% premium on the warrants

2) Measuring the "skin in the game" of officers and executives when they file insider trading reports.

3) Fratelli may increase their position back to 49% of the O/S.

4) Bye bye Greenstone convertible.

5) The speed in which the PP closes and the over subscribed amount.

6) Notoriety of new 10% holders i.e. Sprott Asset Mgmt. They were the owners of the Au loan.

7) Hopefully Coringa will be built in a expeditious manner. I said "hopefully" given the historical plod along pace.

I was wondering if you would share some Au analysis reports and Web sites on the future direction of Au.

Page 19 of the January 29th 2021 presentation.
In the slide notes at the bottom in very tiny writing it says this -

. Implied value of Serabi with Coringa assumes US$25m capex funded through debt.

The placing notice also mentions that funds will be used to pay down the Equinox debt. Every video, every presentation, every investor pack called out we were paying this off with cash flow. Boasting we would be debt free in qtr2 and 1m cash flow then diverted to help fund Coringa. Just staggered by their duplicity. Await the Crux interview with the bs.

Pretty gob-smacked, didn't see that coming at all. I thought debt (term sheets?) plus organic cash generation would get us there - the Security Package was always my concern (shafted by Greenstone?) and the Achilles heel of that arrangement? They have said that will suffice going forward. I guess the simultaneous exploration budget tipped the funding balance..A lot of info to take on - but I have more than enough SRB so no PrimaryBid for me. Glum tightfist

On two levels this news is so bad. One is that there was a clear selling down weeks before this notification today. Secondly, at no point was it suggested that the funds for Coringa would be raised via a placing. In fact MH called out that they were reviewing term sheets.

Emotion aside it puts a bottom on the share price but it is hard to believe they have any credibility left amongst those that have invested in them for years.

Maybe a new presentation will turn this all around....then again....

You have to ask where are the director buys? Cant say undervalued to peers continually and yet not back it up. Have MH and CL ever bought shares in SRB?

As to quoting WB well that is a bit ironic as he has sold up his position in gold a while back saying it was a mistake.

We deserve a break here but lets see if buyers return.

Cant access the FT link but the next FMOC meeting is 16th-17th March. I was hoping for action before that but Powell does not look to be accommodating on that front.

Thought we might get a couple of bites today to take us to 80. Still time

Thanks for the FT link - makes one think, especially the 5-year US Treasury chart.

Not at the moment with yields rising. The point at which the Fed buys or yields drop is the point you buy again here.
