Hopefully this will enable serabi to grow in value prior to the release of 2019 audited numbers in March. Will be nice to see the company generating several millions (net) for the first time!

Valuation here should change really for the better this year I think.

Hi Cotton,Yes, if (God forbid) the meeting went dramatically, in open forum, against the company I suppose an RNS would be required, eg this may be a show-of-hands vote..I was thinking it may be more in the format of asking people for viewpoints to be expressed in public and taken into account subsequently. I get the sense that they are doing a lot of background local PR to get interest groups on-side and I would be surprised if MH was behind a cavalier operation? .eg Last year he was telling me about Brazilian labour law restrictions on mining hours which, whilst quite onerous, were respected until/unless they are relaxed..We shall see! tightfist

Hi Tightfist,

My logic suggests that the result of the meeting on Thursday would constitute insider and price sensitive information.e.g What if the licence was not granted?
Whether this applies to Serabi being an AIM company is a bit unclear to me but they do have a history of keeping shareholders up to date and there was specific mention of the 6th February in the January RNS.

Hi Cotton,I was thinking of this meeting on the 6th as another data collection point for the Tapajos state, as a significant contributor to the ultimate Coringa licensing decision. Is there a precedent for an immediate conclusive RNS? Cheers, tightfist

Meeting on Thursday 6th. I would have thought it would be too late to RNS on Thursday. Such is my rational for Friday.

We may also get an update on the ore sorter given thats now 3 weeks+ since MHs interview.

As long as the Fed keep fueling the market it will keep rising. Scott Minerd reckons recession is delayed until 2021 or 2022.


Tesla up 15% today, and almost 300% in 3 months. 18% short interest some seriously burned fingers there, the price will only go higher as shorts unwind

Am I understanding correctly if a posters name is in Blue and they have set up a thread then they are able to Band other posters from posting.

If I am correct then please would a blue named poster start a new SRB thread and Ban both Boris and trader365 from this thread as I am not finding it too much of a help even though I have both Boris and trader365 Filtered.
