I, too, respect kenny's caution and maybe I am blind to significant risk.... According to MH, Sprott were/are keen to talk with them about extending their facility, and if all else was to fail Fratelli and/or Greenstone are on-side, see the recent NED Banados interview. Underpinning operational cash flow is strong (provided PoG doesn't really tank). .With the prospect of regular (but not frequent?) newsflow (and improved but not great liquidity) I guess we should anticipate a bumpy ride?.Cheers, tightfistPS: Are other posters finding the poster names are being transposed all of the time?

I respect your caution. SXX very different - they'd sold their soul to the bond holders who wanted fund raising to fail. SXX will happen and be massive but the PIs won't be involved. Horrible con and I feel for them. No such scenario here. SXX needed 3 times it's MCAP at its highest in finance and wasn't in production. SRB need peanuts and is in production creating FCF that could afford 10 times more short term funding than it needs. Funding is a walk in the park.

The crazy value here will prevail. Any value investor can see this is way underpriced.

Fair point Boris but I am more cautious following the SXX fiasco . Good luck mate . I might miss the initial rise but will jump on board when they get it sorted .

They nearly have the money needed and have a simple loan facility. If that failed one of the bigger backers / family would support. It's a small print disclaimer. GBP40k traded - big deal. Illiquidity causes the drop on tiny trades. If you aren't in you'll miss the 25-40% rise in a day when the finances are confirmed plus ore sorter functioning update. Impatience!!!

Shareholders may have actually read the RNS ?

If the Group fails to raise the necessary funds the Group may be unable to realise its assets and discharge its liabilities in the normal course of business. The matters explained indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the Group and Parent's ability to continue as a going concern. These financial statements do not show the adjustments to the assets and liabilities of the Group or the Parent company if this was to occur.

Red alert for me . Glad I got out and no intention of getting back in until they have lined up some finance ... dilution coming ?

Me too; are folk seeing a short term support level broken and selling out?

Not me, but not too worried about the selling. It's happened a couple of times before and I'm sure it'll happen again.

Bottom line is where I think the share price will be in a couple of years!

Hi BJH, the Stockopedia methodology divides the entire chosen market into percentiles, based on proprietary measures of Quality, Value and Momentum of which EACH comprise 6-8 factors. SRB scores at the the 95%'ile currently - take a look at their website..Regarding the brokers, only one is currently forecasting re: SRB. They are not named but my guess would be Peel Hunt; maybe another poster has access to their latest note..Cheers, tightfist

Thanks but I'm confused. The forecast is lifted to 95-100 or 180, or do you mean a rise of 95-100 to 180? Which broker has raised this forecast? Thanks in advance

Getting back to focus on investing and SRB...... has anyone else noticed that a revised broker forecast was released within the first half of November? Stockopedia Stockrank has now lifted to 95/100 and transitioned to "Super Stock" status. .2019 Forecast Revenue has been reduced by $(3)m(-5%) whilst revenue for 2020 FY is now forecast to increase YoY by $16m to $76m (around 50.5kOz @ $1,500?). Of that, $12m is forecast to drop to the Net Profit line; presumably mainly the prospects of the Ore Sorter and would deliver a PP/E of only 4.5.IMO these are tasty operational forecasts, just have to keep an eye on Coringa start-up and Exploration cash requirements.Broker target price was raised later to $2.33 (182p).Lots to look forward to, tightfist

Yes, #4493 came about and the 4.20 resistance level was broken. Just wish we could see the BRL weakness coming through more within the reported AISC.....

Hi Divmad,As Ironstorm already has said I cannot see the need for a placing and IIRC the CEO has now explicitly ruled one out to fund the Coringa project. With the PoG Tailwind at the end of Q3 they had accumulated sufficient cash to complete the last phase of Coringa purchase. They are generating considerable quarterly FCF which provides flexibility to pay-down the Sprott loan and/or fund the capex for Coringa at the chosen pace and/or undertake SC exploration drilling.IMO early in 2020 they will roll-over and increase the Sprott (or similar) loan facility and keep the pedal-on-the-metal WRT Coringa development - unless PoG weakens considerably.Cheers, tightfist
