Why is this interesting. AA Consultancy is a made up name. Probably means "inbetween" jobs.

Very interesting, Roney was still showing on the Serabi website yesterday..... CL mentioned on CRUX last week that they are off to Brasil in November for some team-(re?)building; continuity must be pretty flaky which is not a bad thing, in due course. tightfist

IP - The retail investors have been questioning the unique mgmt style going on for years. Why haven't the institutions? Executive seems to win the AGM vote every year.

HM talks a good game as a prospector. However, the sustainment (operational) keeps coming up short. Hobbit short. As soon as the share price heads north, all sins are for given until the next operational error. Tick tock ...

Lol... one correction for you ... the profits were not overstated ... the cash and the expenses claims went through the books ... even more surprising that our CFO totally missed them . We were actually making more profits but it disappeared into someone's pocket . $2m in Brazil is like winning the Euro millions !

Maybe they will feel the need to repay those bonuses for being useless ?

NOooo, I'll not have that - they're very capable and honest as the day is long.

Unfortunate tendency to miss the odd $2 million going walkies, for 6 years, and to pay themselves bonuses on profits that were overstated because of those missing few dollars, plus an apparent inability to put any of those bonuses into the company by buying shares, but apart from that, they're lovely...

I think they're just rinsing a few t-traders who bought some after the latest RNSs. With the spread, they're not making any money.

When those have washed through, we might see some real buyers.

Only guessing - before anyone jumps on that view.

Why is it going back down again. This share really takes the award for being a total basket case.

Evening tightfist,

Thanks for that; yes broadly similar to me in terms of investment profile although from memory my first purchase here was around 2016 though I could be mistaken. As we've discussed previously I also think the investment case here now is set for gains; despite what some think of management (and not entirely without any merit imvho) I do think they are now in a position that I can't really see can go completely wrong.

The way I see it is that coringa is eminently deliverable - they have the license and they have the team on the ground doing the work. That should be plain sailing.

The geology of the tapajos is something I've previously done quite a lot of research into and it really does strike me that there could be monumental finds within Serabis (huge) tenements. A whiff of that and off to the races we go.

Let's just hope they can deliver bank debt for the last piece of coringa. I did not like Clives most recent mention of royalties in that video; if sprott are anywhere to be seen in a finance package I'll be firmly in the camp of management naysayers!

What's sad is thinking you're a big shot billionaire with a holding that dwarfs anybody else's. It would only be sadder if it was true.

Although you probably do have a holding larger than anyone else as nobody wants it.

Yes PPVN, I have been invested in Serabi for around eight years but only substantially for three years, after the Coringa bargain acquisition. Whilst I am usefully into the Blue, my current RoI is well short of my goal; however, the sails finally seem well-set for a good passage from here on..... but I expect to hit some squalls along the journey..In my judgement, to reach true value will take a few years yet. Cheers, tightfist

With you there tightfist.

I remember you've been here a similar sort of time to me - if our thoughts align I'd personally be really cross if we don't get a good run up through 2022 when Coringa is ever closer to production and the news re. their further exploration comes dripping in through the year.

Use increasing Narrow Vein cash flow to grow brownfield resources - and fatten-up and trade-sale multiple Open Pit projects; that is what I thought.......

Well let's all keep our fingers crossed they can shore up the 6 potential pits ASAP then.

Coringa should more than double production (750tpd plant as opposed to 500tpd at Palito) which should lower the AISC to well under $1k/oz - I believe that drives the share price to around £2 (or c. £140mm market cap conservatively), then the potential pit finds could easily add triple that if all are feasible.

If Greenstone were the only institution on board at this time I'd be more worried about a bid; hopefully with Fratelli etc they will be less gung-ho about pushing them into anything at this late stage.

Would be very nice to see some value finally realised here. Fortunately at this price Serabi are just pocket change to most miners anyway!
