Ha, yes you're absolutely right with the timing point! I've been quite lucky to this point with when I've bought - although since we met I've actually ended up with nearly 50% more shares here... perhaps we are the cause of the illiquidity!

Anyway yes the EPS numbers were updated today I think; was finding it incredible that a broker had such a puny price target on these - not that anyone takes much notice of them. Either way its reassuring to see everyone starting to sit up and take notice of serabi finally. Fingers crossed the market will soon!

Agreed PPVN. It's all a question of timing - my hunch is that we are going to see more panic selling that takes down all boats, regardless of seaworthiness. I would like to keep some firepower to add if that event occurs within the next four weeks; after that company news is likely to take precedence..Whatever, SRB remains my largest holding and is likely to remain so for several years yet. Just looking for some fun along the way..Incidentally, you must have seen some updated numbers - on 19th August I have seen published a normalised 2021 eps forecast of 31c (24p). Your 44c gives even more grist to the mill. .Cheers, tightfist

Agreed. Gold pulled back as liquidated to cover other loses. Everything points to more & more moving to it. The chart remains strong for rise to US$3,000. SRB is a great place to be - it's simply printing $$$$$.

I'm actually in the opposite corner to you Tightfist! I added slightly here as think as just over a pound (103.4) these are really cheap. EPS next year is slated at $0.44 next year - if there is a flush here I suspect it would be short lived and extremely hard to get stock as usual!

Edit: I'm also of the view that gold is going to bounce soon and hard... think this is just some people raising cash to cover equities at this point in time...

IMO the blood-letting has only just started in general UK equities and I expect to see more forced-selling of intrinsically good/solid stocks (including Gold miners) to offset losses elsewhere - as was widely spoken of back in early/mid-March..Personally I am keeping a small amount of powder dry in readiness for a goldies rainy day - but NIAI! tightfist

Thought it might bounce a little this morning as the close matched spot lows. Gold around the $1900 mark at the moment. On days like yesterday people cash in to cover other positions.

The outlook for 3rd quarter results are amazing in terms of gold price, lets hope we can hit 8,500 and better than last quarter average grades of 5.8. We should know in approx. 3 weeks.

Things are going to be turbulent until the end of the year with Brexit and the US elections at the start of November but gold should prove resilient.

Gold was down 3% spot whereas we fell 10% that fall will hopefully be retraced with gold stabalising. Good luck today but not started as hoped!

You've sold out? After a 10% drop due to external reasons and with the new license approval imminent?

Locked off the profits . The markets appear in control of the bears IMO and they will try to take everything down by the looks of it .

cyber - Just shaking the trees for some loose shares. Only 6100 SBI.TSX shares traded today on 21 transactions. Level II does not scream sell.

I'm buying MND.TSX on the dip. Their target is 100K oz. for 2020 if they can the haulage issue resolved at Bjorkdal.

It hasn't been a pullback on huge volume, ie. investors aren't abandoning the stock for fundamental reasons, just jitters and modest profit-taking due to the POG IMHO.

Disappointing to be pegged back but not surprising given the POG, and that Serabi has a higher cost of production than some miners, so more leveraged... I still hold my 40k, waiting to see what happens....

PMs are getting slammed big time. MND.TSX pulled back to $1.60 CDN share price I'm on the BID.

Level II for SBI.TSX shows 6 widely dispersed BID orders from $.005 to $1.87. 5 order on the offer. SBI is very twitchy.

Active Cases in Brazil steadily on a downward trend . They have had it particularly hard. It would be useful to get an age split on all of these deaths throughout the world as it seems very comparable to a very bad influenza year .

I'm not knocking boring. Drilling is boring and mining is drilling. Exploration suspended but MH said HR being increased to up production. Hopefully that's happened. Where's the license - when's the zoom meeting he mentioned - was that tongue in cheek or for real!!!!???

With pog holding above $1900, this should be another record qtr, financially. RNS saying they have got their people back to full strength would be a bonus going into qtr4.
