Thanks. Presumably fundamentals trump TA and the license will blast this through any TA resistance barriers. This company is a cash printing press. It has plans for that cash - exploration or Coringa acquisition/ development but if it didn't the model and valuation would be simpler - US$24M income (profit) a year from Palito at full output, PE of 5 would put price at 190p.

Boris, yes this stock is not suitable at all for trading. I'm here as an investor, these boards are useful as other people know a lot more about mining than I do. SRB has been trending sideways this year with a big dip in the middle. You could argue that there is an upward trend in place from the 74p low on 22nd July, however yesterday's push to 96p met heavy resistance with a very high volume day. I think gold probably going to go sideways for a bit so SRB will continue it's sideways trend. Today's volume was light so the drop is not significant.
So: either SRB is in a new uptrend from 74p and resistance at 96 will soon be overcome, or, it isn't in a new uptrend and continues sideways. I hope for the former, but expect the latter. Not very helpful, but there you have it.
My view on gold taking a pause is not based on much, I haven't really looked at it closely. I'd never try to short gold in what is obviously a bull market, buy the dips. You have to be in for the big swing.

What’s the likely timescale for the licence? All I can rennet from the Crux interview was they may review by Zoom but can’t remember if MH gave any guidance on timing.
