Surely this info should have been available at time of placing , it can't all have taken place afterwards.

They kitchen sinked it, all bad news out of the way in 1 swoop. It is an odd time to release though, almost as if they have released it now to specifically drop the price? Takeover coming? I think so

Wow! BBD you always seem to have sold prior to bad news but only announce after the event. I guess if it had rocketed you would still be holding;-) Sorry for holders and those who have lost on this. Just noticed via link from another bb.

Maybe not ridiculous. I have seem these kinds of fall before. It's when institutions liquidate their holdings at any price as they expect a debt for equity or a bust. Usually they are right. There could be value here one day but it might not be until there has been massive dilution.

larva - on balance of probability my sense is that a 70% fall will not be followed by a further 50% fall. obviously I am not invested now but if I had shorted this I think I would be saying 'thank you very much'. No point being too greedy!

So 40% of expected 17 million euro editda = £5.8 million.

Debt was approx 100 million - £60 million capital raise so net around £40 million. Add some interest and working capital and assume very favourably that debt is £45 million.

Add £45 million market cap and you get an enterprise value of £90 million.

For a company making £5.8 million pre interest, tax and depreciation this is no bargain yet.

I reckon anyone who holds this overnight will be losing another 50% should this opens at 5p in the morning

Why was the p/w issued at exactly the same time as the notice of the CEO's extended absence?

When your basket of eggs falls, pick up the few unbroken ones and walk away. Do not leave them to be trodden on.
