REDUCTION OF SHARE CAPITAL
SECURE PROPERTY Development & Investment, a South Eastern European focused property and investment company, today announces that, following approval at the Annual General Meeting held on 30 December 2013, the process of reducing the authorized and issued share capital of the Company has been finalized with the cancellation of one ordinary share of EUR0.92 and 4,142,727 deferred shares of EUR0.99 each.
Following the share capital reduction, the number of ordinary shares in issue is 28,171,833 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
