on the downside - no divi, eps down from .33 to .22, holdings substantially diluted, debt acquired to fund acquisitions, % profit marginally lower, share price halved in 2 years despite progress - a case of jam tomorrow - a share for the patient long term holder only - white night takeover required to make the present share price move north

You may be correct with the general market but there are great trading opportunities out there too.

Hope you're right Knowing, but I seem to remember being here before ie having high expectations of results only to be slightly disappointed when they are published.

Well it hopefully will not be too long before we find out.Still excited by this at current prices as the Trading Statement does point to good things ahead.

Thanks again stoaty1! Nothing changed then! Isn't the delay also because they're having to include the Manguard accounts?

only1buster, I too was put off by that RNS. I believe the wording was unfortunate and that the real reason for the raising of funds was to help towards the purchase of Manguard.

I think the jury is still out as to whether we will get a dividend this time around.

the directors bought shares at 2p to raise additional working capital - for a company who expect to release results above market expections it seems a strange move - perhaps the results will clear the muddy water - i hope that all investors will soon be put in the picture with good results but delayed results do not inspire confidense

Thank you stoaty1!

Did you speak to him in the past week? Do you know if the accounts have been returned from the auditors yet?

I had a long conversation with the m d re delay in figures. Nothing to do with bad news it seems, and the feeling i got ,with no market sensative news given i hasten to add,was that he is very happy. After all,he did recently mortgage his house to invest in the company to the tune of 200k which is good enough for me.

I've read that many times, Knowing. I seem to remember the share price pushed up to 3p around that time. I realise you have read the RNS's and the info given on the website but I thought these posters with vague comments could enlighten us with what they know.
