buster results are late because 1-change of Financial year end and 2-so the results can reflect some of the manguard investment

I phoned the company and they are not early this year simply as our resident clairvoyant said due to annual leave, but to be very soon.

That is totally incorrect as bad news usually comes out on fridays to hide it prior to the start of the new trading week. The results, as per the website, were "provisonally scheduled" for today.

I can lend you a dictionary if you like?

delayed results usually indicate bad news is on the way - no divi for 18 months - no firm timetable for results - manguard purchase is obviously causing problems - firms always are eager to publish good news - an onouncement is due to shareholders to update them on what is realy going on

Well it doesn't look as though the results will be announced today and with the holiday season upon us I'm not so sure we'll have them next week either. I'm sure the delay is not the company's fault and that they're as frustrated as the shareholders.

Although the company seems to be doing well, they are acquisitive and it maybe that any cash generated may be put to further add-ons rather than a dividend. Certainly short term the dividend would seem the better option.

Thanks for starting the new thread Knowing, the spelling mistake was annoying me on the other one.

Well back to my holiday! Good luck!

It will be interesting to see what effect the new aquisitions make to the bottom line. Once factored in it should show good growth and hopefully the integration will also show more profit.

Always a possibility that a takeover approach could happen from one of the big boys whilst the price languishes at this low level. As I have said before there are not many profitable AIM companies that pay divi's and it can be seen from the recent trading that there is not alot of stock around so it does move quickly...both ways.
