Directorate Change


The Directors of Secora plc are pleased to announce the appointment of Richard
Charles Thompson to the Board with immediate effect.


Richard (aged 43) will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer with the full
support of the existing Board and former Chief Executive Jemma George, who will
remain as an executive director.


John Wilson will remain as Finance Director and Marcus Yeoman as Non-Executive
Chairman.


In accordance with Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules the Company
discloses the following:


Richard Thompson currently has a beneficial interest, through Gallanta
Investments Limited, in 1,855,000 ordinary 5p shares in the Company representing
16.3% of the issued share capital of that class.
