Posted at 15/12/2020 22:26 by guildedge Think the issue here is many private investors are selling up as money to be made elsewhere. I know a couple of investors who probably had 20-30k shares here who have sold out in last few months. Just dumping small amount as and when they can. Not to say this won't take back off but market sentiment on Porta has never been great. Till you get rid of Morton and his debt this may struggle. Any profits still being eaten up by third party holders. Not sold out yet here. I thought the directors buys were meaningless. Too few shares to really mean anything. EK earns 200-300k a year. She can afford 13k in shares 4-5 times over. This company needs another merger. Too risky really for any mergers right now? Can Sec turn this around? I think they have culled 20-30 staff at Newgate HQ including an accountant earning 200-300k. Still paying for an expensive London office. Albeit they have merged up Sec's other offices into the London one.Hopefully a TU in Jan. They seemed positive back in September just need institutions to back up this share. Profits need to be much stronger to cover debts. Not sure this is happening yet. They have cash to spend. |
