Result of EGM

The board of SCOTTY announces that, at the EGM of the Company held earlier today, all resolutions, including the resolution to cancel the admission to trading of the Company's ordinary shares on AIM, were duly passed.

In accordance with the announcement made by the Company on 8 March 2013, cancellation of the admission to trading of the Company's ordinary shares on AIM will become effective on 11 April 2013.
