Further re: Issue of Equity
Further to the issue of equity announcement on 27 September 2012 (the "Announcement"), SCOTTY, the video telecommunications equipment and technology company with a focus on the government, defence and aviation markets, is pleased to announce that the 484,820 new ordinary shares of 1 Euro each in the Company (the "New Ordinary Shares"), as detailed in the Announcement, have now been registered in the Austrian companies register.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and admission is expected to occur on 11 October 2012.
Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, the issued share capital of the Company comprises 1,454,460 ordinary shares of 1 Euro each.
