Readmission to Trading on AIM
Change of Domicile Complete
SCOTTY, the video telecommunications equipment and technology group with a focus on the government, defence and aviation markets, is pleased to announce that the Company's shares will be readmitted to trading on AIM today, which will complete the process of changing the Company's domicile from the UK to Austria. Accordingly, the suspension to trading in the Company's shares will be lifted at 7:30 a.m. and dealings in the Company's shares will recommence at 8:00 a.m. today.
The Company's shares, which are now in CDI form, have new ISIN and SEDOL numbers as follows:
-- ISIN: AT0000A0V6L3 -- SEDOL: B4ZZWH8
SCOTTY's Chairman, Dr Ernst Wustinger, commented: "We are delighted that the change of the Company's domicile to Austria has completed and look forward to realising the expected long-term benefits of the move, notably through the alignment of our domicile with the Company's centre of operations and expected associated savings in the Company's cost base."
