Outcome of Adjourned General Meetings of Debenture Stockholders held on 7 May 2020 in respect of:

   i)          the 6.875% per cent. Debenture Stock 2023; and 

ii) the 4.5% Irredeemable Debenture Stock, the 8-14 per cent. Stepped Interest Debenture Stock 2020 and the 6-12 per cent. Stepped Interest Debenture Stock 2026.

At each of the Adjourned General Meetings of debenture holders held on 7 May 2020, the resolution to appoint APEX Corporate Trustees (UK) Limited ("Apex") as the Successor Trustee and to make certain now market standard amendments to the Trust Deeds was passed.

The retirement of the original Trustee and the appointment of Apex as Successor Trustee is expected to become effective shortly once the Supplemental Trust Deeds are formally executed. A further announcement will be made when the Supplemental Trust Deeds have been so executed.
