Director Dealings, Issue of Equity and Transaction in Own Shares

SCISYS PLC ("SCISYS"; AIM SSY), the supplier of bespoke software systems, IT-based solutions and support services to the Media & Broadcast, Space, Government, Defence and Commercial sectors, announces that David Jones, Deputy Chairman and Chris Cheetham, Finance Director, have exercised 75,000 and 75,000 Options (the "Exercise") respectively along with certain other employees. In total 182,000 Options have been exercised of which 175,500 shares are being satisfied by the issue of new Ordinary Shares with the balance being satisfied by shares held in treasury. Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 3 May 2018 ("Admission").

SCISYS also announces that it has today bought back 6,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 154.1 pence per Ordinary Share being the 5 day average closing price of an Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").

Following the Exercise, Purchase and Admission, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 29,475,991 (excluding the 18,167 Ordinary Shares held in treasury). This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company.
