Issue of Options

Scientific Digital Imaging plc, the AIM quoted group focused on the design and manufacture of scientific and technology products for use by the life science, healthcare, astronomy, consumer manufacturing and art conservation markets, announces that on 2 February 2018, the Company issued a total of 250,000 options to subscribe for new ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company, under the existing Scientific Digital Imaging plc Enterprise Management Incentive Option Scheme, to David Tilston, Non-Executive Director of the Company (the "Options").

The Options are exercisable at 33 pence, vest on 1 February 2021, and expire on 1 February 2028. Following the issue of Options, David has a total of 250,000 options over Ordinary Shares.
