Directors' Shareholdings


Following completion of the recent placing and capital reorganisation and the admission of the new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to trading on AIM on 26 October 2004, Smart Approach announces the following changes in the shareholdings of the Directors of the Company:

As a result of the placing, the concert party, as currently deemed to be in existence by the Panel on Takeovers and Mergers, now holds, in aggregate, 8,767,663 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 26.74 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

I hold these shares in a nominee account and dont get info, plus SAG's website is being updated. Does anyone have ANY info on possible share consolidation today?

I'm trying to find out when SAG changed business from aviation security systems to distributing shell suits.

It looks like Winnifroth, MWM and chums are one step ahead of the rest of us, as usual...

I got this from UK-analyst, yesterday:

Get your shell suits at the ready. Shares in sportswear manufacturer and distributor Smart Approach slipped after the group's EGM approved its capital restructure.

Placing is effectively at 1p and yes; share consolidations for penny stocks usually result in downward movement after the consolidation takes place, in my experience.

Results out.

Not particularly exciting at the mo... There is a lot of optimism expressed about the future but I somehow don't see going anywhere fast soon.

And if history is anything to go by there is a good chance of value loss after the capital reorganisation.

Any thoughts?

I purchased Lowe shares at 1.75p and haven't bought any SAG, so at the moment 1.75p is breakeven.

From what you're saying, now is the time to average down.
