Science Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that, on 19 November 2020, it purchased 5,000 of its 1 pence ordinary shares at an average price of 250.0 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 250.0 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 250.0 pence. The Company purchased these shares through Liberum Capital Limited.

The number of shares purchased represented 0.01% of the voting rights attributable to the total ordinary shares in issue prior to the purchase. The purchased shares will be held in treasury.

Presumably there is an error here.
The last two share buybacks should have been reported as November and not October

net funds, ie cash at £8.2m, up from £4.9m at the interims and £2.3m at the end of 2019. very impressive cash generation from a £90m EV company.
