Japanese release for Conflict: Desert Storm

SCi Entertainment Group Plc ("SCi"), a leading UK computer games publisher,
today announces the launch of Conflict: Delta, the Japanese translated version
of the multi-million selling game, Conflict: Desert Storm. Conflict: Delta will
be published in Japan by Capcom, one of the most successful companies in the
Japanese games industry.

Based on the events of the 1991 Gulf War, Conflict: Desert Storm was first
released by SCi in September 2002. It reached number one in the UK chart and has
now sold over 2 million copies worldwide.

SCi's agreement with Capcom grants it exclusive publishing rights in Japan in
return for guaranteed advances with further royalties depending on the success
of the game. Founded in 1979, its successful titles include Onimusha, Resident
Evil, Maximo and Devil May Cry. Capcom previously published the SCi product "The
Italian Job" in Japan.

The Asian games market including Japan has recently been estimated at
approximately $7 billion (Source: Datamonitor) making it comparable in size and
importance to the United States.

Jane Cavanagh, Chief Executive of SCi commented:

"This is excellent news for SCi. The Conflict series has already been hugely
successful across the globe and we hope that this will continue in Japan. This
is one of the most important games markets and we are delighted to be partnering
with Capcom."
