    Notification of Interest in Shares & Director Change

    On 16 October 2008 Time Warner Entertainment Ltd notified SCi that it had increased its shareholding in the Company by 5,000,000
ordinary shares to a total holding of 42,518,080 ordinary shares of SCi, representing 16.13% of the Company's issued share capital as at 17
October 2008.
     

    On 16 October 2008 Kevin Tsujihara, a representative of Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. resigned as a Non-Executive Director of the
Company with immediate effect.
