Final Dividend

The Directors of Schroder Japan Growth Fund plc (the "Company") have recommended the payment of a final dividend of 4.30p net per share for the year ended 31 July 2021.

Subject to shareholder approval at the Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on 7 December 2021, the dividend will be paid on 10 December 2021.
