NOTIFICATION OF BOARD CHANGE

Sanne Group plc, a leading global provider of alternative asset and corporate administration services, today announces that Chief Financial Officer, Spencer Daley, will be taking up the role of Head of M&A and Strategy, with responsibility for helping the Group explore and maximise strategic opportunities with both an organic and inorganic focus.

The Sanne Group plc Board is pleased to announce that James Ireland will succeed Spencer Daley as Chief Financial Officer and will join SANNE in June 2018 from Investec plc. Spencer Daley will take up his new role and step down from the Board in June 2018 and James Ireland will be appointed to the Sanne Group plc Board in June 2018.

James Ireland is an experienced finance professional, having most recently led Investec's Support Services Sector team. He has also been a close adviser to SANNE for more than three years, having assisted and worked alongside SANNE when it listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange in 2015. Post listing, James has also been a key adviser to SANNE in all of the acquisitions the business has undertaken.
