Sanctuary Group Annual Report and Financial Statements 2015/2016

We are delighted to share Sanctuary Group's latest Annual Report and Financial Statements, which demonstrates how we have reacted to external challenges and continue to deliver high quality services and meet our charitable objectives.

Sanctuary was well placed to respond swiftly and positively to the Government's post-election budget delivered in July 2015.

We recast our Group Business Plan, restructuring operations to provide clarity between social and commercial activities whilst creating a platform from which to meet our development aspirations of 24,000 homes over the next 10 years.

Through the implementation of a new software solution we have established a corporate shared service centre, which is generating significant savings and efficiencies.

Sanctuary is in a strong position with a healthy balance sheet.
