Eroton is currently in discussion with the operator of the Bonny Terminal and the NCTL pipeline operator regarding allocation of pipeline losses between the various producers during 2016 and 2017.

In 2016, the Bonny Terminal operator installed new Lease Automatic Custody Transfer ("LACT") units on the NCTL line where crude enters the Bonny Terminal, and has now allocated an average of 24% pipeline losses to all operators using NCTL for 2016 (compared with 9% assumed in the Admission Document).

Eroton is disputing the allocation and has requested that the relevant regulatory authorities investigate the allocation of losses with a view to reallocating losses in Eroton's favour (thereby boosting the 2016 sales numbers).

" thereby boosting the 2016 sales numbers "

" As explained, any issues encountered by Eroton are considered by both Eroton and San Leon to be temporary and are being addressed and overcome."

now fick fock this is about eroton not aiteo! as it is eroton who are operators of oml 18 not aiteo..

" He identified Aiteo as one of the fast rising indigenous players, considering that the company only just began full operations in May 2015. Within that timeframe, it won the bid for the 45 per cent total interest in OML 18, previously held by oil majors –; Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC), Total E&P Nigeria Limited, and Nigerian Agip Oil Company Limited."

and!

" Companies such as Aiteo, Eroton and Newcross collectively produced up to 200,000bpd in the 4th quarter of 2016."
