Crude oil rally this week - Brent passing $50. But in the weird and wonderful land of SLE, as usual and as always - it's time to sell up and scarper. Anyway for those worried about pipelines getting blowed up by the boko haram or other factual groups smashing it out in Nigeria. There is some pretty smart [PIMSyS] technology out there to keep an eye on things - I believe there is an operator in Nigeria using this, but it's probably way over budget for SLE - better to roll it out in steel drums in the middle of the night instead.

" With a vote of approval by SLE shareholders at the
September 2016 EGM and completion of the proposed placing, San Leon will
be able complete the acquisition of its 9.72% indirect economic interest, and
benefit from the revenues generated to date by the asset."

" and benefit from the revenues generated to date by the asset"...ie back production income!!..

The terms of the OML 18 transaction also allows the
Company the right to provide oilfield services to
the operator of OML 18. The projections assume
that the Company will receive an up-front payment
on completion of the agreement to provide these
services with further income streams arising on the
roll out of these services.

" The projections assume

and!

" with further income streams arising on the
roll out of these services."..

" The Company is well-advanced in reviewing the steps required to effect a capital reorganization which is required to allow such distributions."

says it all..
